This class blends classic Yin postures, held for 2-3 minutes, with the restorative power of aromatherapy. Each essential oil offered is carefully selected for its specific benefits, allowing you to create a deeply personalized and nurturing experience: Lavender: Known for its calming properties, lavender soothes stress and promotes relaxation, offering a gentle respite from the demands of daily life. Frankincense: A grounding oil that encourages mindfulness and emotional balance, fostering a deeper connection to inner peace. Ylang Ylang: Renowned for its mood-enhancing qualities, this floral aroma helps ease tension and cultivate feelings of self-love and acceptance. Clary Sage: A powerful ally for hormonal balance, clary sage supports emotional well-being and promotes clarity during times of change. Bergamot: Uplifting and invigorating, bergamot helps reduce feelings of overwhelm and inspires confidence and positivity. Throughout the session, a diffuser gently releases the chosen essential oils, enveloping you in a cocoon of healing scents. This deeply restorative practice nurtures your feminine energy, helping to release stress, balance emotions, and reconnect to your inner essence. Cancellation Policy
At our studio, we honor and respect the time, energy, and commitment of both our practitioners and our clients. As a women-centered healing space, we are dedicated to supporting and empowering women through our offerings. At this time, we are only able to cater to women-identifying individuals in our sessions. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another client who may need it. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or failure to show up for a scheduled session will result in a $50 no-show fee. This policy is in place to honor the time and energy of both the practitioner and our community. Studio Disclaimer Please note that a cat is present in the studio and often contributes to the peaceful energy of the space. If you have allergies, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking an in-person session or opt for a virtual session instead to ensure your comfort and well-being.
